  • To understand your unique situation and concerns.
  • To explain the meaning of confidentiality.
  • To answer any questions you may have about the processes and about their suitability for you.
  • To decide and explain which of the processes best suit your needs from the extensive toolbox of negotiating techniques learnt from Harvard Law School's Negotiation Project, Bond University's Dispute Resolution Centre, LEADR NZ and LEADR Sydney, Human Resource and Labour Law studies.
  • To ensure that you are ready to proceed.
  • To decide on the amount of payment between us.
